We collect only the information necessary to deliver high-quality websites, SEO, and business support services.
What we collect:
We collect contact form submissions, website analytics from Google Analytics and Looker Studio, and optional details from client intake forms.
How it’s used:
We use this information to build and improve client websites, monitor performance results, and communicate regular project updates. In addition, this data helps us tailor services to each client’s goals.
Third-party tools:
We rely on trusted third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Jotform, WordPress, Bluehost, and NordVPN. Each partner follows major data protection and privacy standards, ensuring your information remains secure.
Storage and protection:
We secure all client data through encrypted channels and layered defenses. Furthermore, it’s protected by the RMS Security Stack, which includes Bluehost backups, Wordfence security monitoring, and NordVPN encryption.
We do not sell, rent, or trade client data—ever.
Insurance & Professional Protection
Rogue Media Solutions maintains active business liability insurance to protect both our clients and our company.
- Coverage: General liability and professional (errors & omissions) coverage for digital services, including website design, hosting, and consulting.
- Purpose: To provide peace of mind and demonstrate our commitment to professionalism, accountability, and client protection.

Refunds & Cancellations
Because RMS work involves custom digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Website Design & Development: Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
- Hosting & Maintenance: Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice; prepaid periods are non-refundable after active delivery.
- Affiliate Purchases: Refunds follow partner terms (Bluehost, QuickBooks, NordVPN, etc.).
Affiliate Disclosure
Rogue Media Solutions participates in select affiliate programs for tools we actively use and trust:
- Bluehost (hosting & domains)
- QuickBooks (accounting)
- Jotform (client forms)
- NordVPN (security)
- Titan or Google (business email)

Intellectual Property
All text, logos, systems, and digital materials created by Rogue Media Solutions are protected under U.S. copyright law.
- Clients own their final website once paid in full.
- RMS retains rights to internal systems, templates, and processes.
- Use of RMS brand materials requires written permission.
Accessibility & Fair Use
RMS designs with accessibility in mind, following ADA web compliance standards including proper contrast, alt text, and keyboard navigation.
