Transparent RMS Pricing

Website, SEO & digital marketing pricing for businesses that want the whole system to work.

A website is only one part of your digital presence. RMS connects website ownership, local search, Google Business Profile, analytics, content, advertising, hosting, and ongoing marketing support so each piece reinforces the others.

Based in Grants Pass and serving Southern Oregon, RMS also works with suitable businesses throughout Oregon and nationwide. Final proposals are based on scope, competition, integrations, content requirements, travel, and ongoing management.

84%of U.S. consumers searched online for a local business within the previous three months. Source
73%started their most recent local-business search on a mobile device. Source
72%considered three or fewer businesses before deciding which local business to use. Source
82%of small employers surveyed by NFIB already operate their own website. Source
The Business Case

Your customers are already looking online. The question is whether they find you, trust you, and choose you.

RMS does not use a fake universal statistic claiming every business loses the same percentage of revenue without a website. Contractors, restaurants, retailers, nonprofits, and professional services have different economics. What can be measured is the value of customers your digital presence helps you win or prevents you from losing.

What is one missed customer worth?

If your average project is worth $5,000, missing only one qualified customer per month because they could not find, verify, or trust your business represents $60,000 in potential annual revenue.

Your opportunity cost:
Average customer value × realistic missed opportunities × 12 months.

How RMS Pricing Works

Clear scope, clear ownership, clear expectations.

Deliverables over page count

Page count matters, but research, integrations, search architecture, ecommerce, conversion work, and content depth matter more.

Advertising spend is separate

Google and Meta budgets are paid separately from RMS setup and management fees.

You own your website

Once contractual payment obligations are met, RMS does not require you to rent your website forever to keep it.

No ranking guarantees

RMS improves legitimate search signals and measures outcomes. Nobody outside Google controls a guaranteed organic or local position.

Third-party costs are separate

Domains, email subscriptions, premium software, printing, commercial photography, and specialized services are separate unless listed.

Community and nonprofit work

Discounts may be offered at RMS discretion while still showing the market value of the work being contributed.

Consumer statistics above are from BrightLocal’s 2026 U.S. Consumer Search Behavior research and NFIB’s 2025 Small Business and Technology Survey. Survey statistics do not guarantee outcomes for an individual business.

Start With the Business Problem

You do not need to know which RMS service you need before you contact us.

Show us the website, Google presence, campaign, technical problem, or growth goal. We will identify the biggest gaps, explain the trade-offs, and recommend the work that is actually worth paying for.
